After 25 yrs in Colfax we moved back to the Centennial farm south of Spokane where Steve was raised. We spent 10 great yrs there. The whole big garden, chickens, grandkids running wild thing. Loved it. I ended up in Mesa caring for my mother and buying her home 4 yrs ago. Steve and I swapped alot of miles back and forth but made it work. Sadly I lost her in Jan of 25 then Jan 31st of this year I lost the best partner in crime 2 mo shy of 50 yrs. It's been a real eye opener being single as I've never been single b4, ever. I don't much like tests and some days feel like a final exam! I'm racking up lots of miles on my car and air miles with the airlines though! If anyone gets to Mesa AZ...I'm down to entertain! As they say..mi casa es su casa.

Got married April 3rd of our senior year. After all..it was far too busy in the summer to take a honeymoon vacation when you're in the farming business.
